그린델왈드의 주변으로 파리 한 마리가 날아오다 보호마법에 의해 가루가 되어 사라진다.
MACUSA의 직원 애버나티가 괴생물 한 마리와 함께 이 모습을 보고있다.
철문 너머에서 교도소장 루돌프 스필먼과 피쿼리가 대화를 나눈다.
그린델왈드가 수감되어 있는 동안 간수를 세 명이나 꼬드겨 혀를 잘라냈다는 내용이다.
이들이 온 이유는 본격적으로 죗값을 치루게 하기 위해
그린델왈드를 유럽으로 이송하기 위해서다.
끌려나가는 그린델왈드의 모습을 보고 수 많은 죄수들이 그의 이름을 외친다.
이송 마차 앞에 서있는 오러에게 애버나티가 그린델왈드의 지팡이와 펜던트를 준다.
떠나가는 마차를 지켜보던 애버나티가 순간이동으로 마차의 밑에 달라붙는다.
마차 안에서 스필먼이 그린델왈드를 조롱한다.
그 순간 그린델왈드는 애버나티로 변하고
마차 밑에 붙어있던 애버나티는 그린델왈드로 변해 마차를 탈취한다.
깜짝 놀란 스필먼이 그린델왈드의 지팡이 상자를 열자 그 안에서 영화 초반에
애버나티가 데리고 있던 괴생물이 튀어나와 공격한다.
그린델왈드는 마차의 줄을 잡고 쫓아오는 오러들과 추격전을 벌인다.
애버나티가 펜던트를 탈취한 뒤 스필먼을 제외하고 전부 마차 밖으로 날려버린다.
애버나티의 혀를 돌려주면서 펜던트를 빼앗은 그린델왈드는
괴생물을 성가시다며 마차 밖으로 던져버리고
스필먼을 죽이는가 싶더니 살려주고는 유유히 탈옥에 성공해서 떠난다.
평점은 네이버영화 6.16점, 다음영화 6.0점이다.
